It is a white cream that is applied to the base of the lashes .The c ream breaks down the bonds of thr lashes ,to enable them to be restructured into a new shape.

Step 2 Neutralizing lotion 5ml/0.16 fl.oz

The step 2 is applied to the lashes in exactly the same place as the lifting step .
